I  thought it was a very interesting concept - Lawn Greetings. In fact, there is a business on this.

What is a Lawn Greeting???

Lawn Greetings are a hysterical prank that is place in a loved one’s yard to surprise them on their special day.  Lawn greeting displays usually consist of several “critters”, such as flamingos, cows, dinosaurs, and other items, which are placed in a yard along with a message board that is personalized with a special message for the recipient.
